There is no full automation that eliminates hitting enter on your creatures' turn. #1.When you fuse the two creatures together, the resulting creature's level and its stats will be the average of both creatures fused. Fusing a Lv.10 with a Lv.5 would result the creature as being around Lv.7, for instance. So level-wise, it wouldn't make any difference.
